Will this service cost me anything?
No, the service is provided free by An Post.
Do I have to be an An Post customer?
No, the service is available to all businesses. However, only An Post customers can be included as the featured site on the homepage and their listings may be given priority in the directory.
How do I get listed in the directory?
You can register with the directory by clicking on the "Not yet registered?" button above.
- Just fill in the form and you will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
- You can then log in to the system on this page using your username and password at any time.
- When you are logged in, you will see a link to "Add a new listing". Complete the details and click on the submit button.
- Once the administrator has approved your entry, your listing will appear in the directory.
How do promotions work?
You can log in and upload details of your promotions which will be listed once approved by a moderator. Your promotions will be removed automatically when they expire and future promotions will not appear until the start date that you have submitted.
What type of promotions are accepted?
- Exclusive promotions to the An Post Online Shopping Directory using a promotional code.
- In the case of non-exclusive promotions your offer must be visible on your website.
- The promotion you are listing must be of financial benefit to the user e.g. price reduction or free delivery.
- If a unique code is supplied your shopping cart must be able to accept this voucher code.
- All promotions must be fully redeemable online. Unfortunately offers which require the consumer to send an e-mail or make a phone call cannot be accepted at this time.
How do I change my promotion?
You can have a number of promotions active at the same time. Just log in and update your listing by adding a promotion.
What if I want to change my details?
When you register with the site, you must use the email address that you supplied with the original store details in order to edit your listing details. If your email address has changed please contact us.
